The Problem

One of the most challenging aspects of Wigan Beer’s B2B ordering process was manual order entry. With several ways of placing orders (Voicemail, email, phone call, via Sales Reps etc.) the time taken for each order to be processed was becoming a real difficulty for Wigan Beer, especially as they were experiencing growth as a business.
