Prior to introducing SwiftCloud, Cheshire Farm Ice Cream faced the following issues within their ordering process:
-Manual processing of orders
"Prior to the app, all orders had to be taken manually, and then inputted into Sage. The app cut out most of that process making us far more efficient, as well as removing any errors when noting down orders and transferring to computer. And of course the convenience for our customers to just pop the order through any time on their phone was a big win for us. Making the customer experience more streamlined and modern."

"There certainly seems to be far less mistakes with orders coming through the app than previously using the old order process. Our team do a thorough and great job, however with the best will in the world there would always be the odd mistake when taking an order over the phone, noting it all down, and then transferring that to the computer to print out for the drivers/pickers. The app cuts all of this out. Some may still make mistakes, however it is the customer rather than our staff so that eases some of the pressures as well, but all in all it is a much smoother more manageable process using the app."
